Is there a guitar effect pedal which could make my guitar sound like it's being played in reverse?

I'm generally a Metal/grunge fan, however in more recent times I've
been interested in psychedelic music. As a result I wanted to mix
things up a bit. Some records where they've recorded everything but
the vocals, turned the tape over then recorded vocals, I love that
effect. I was just hoping that there would be some sort of delay pedal
which would result in me getting a similar effect. Any help would be
useful!
